There are only 24 hours in a day, 7 days each week, and 365 days every year. From this moment in time forward you only have so many days left.
Do this quick calculation.
Step 1: Take your age and multiply by 365.
(for me that’s 48 x 365 = 17,520)
Step 2: Take 27,375 (the average life span) and subtract your answer from Step 1.
(for me that’s 27,375 – 17,520 = 9855)
The answer is the approximate number of days you have left.
(for me that’s 9855 days)
Only so many days to contribute to your world in a meaningful way. Only so many days make a difference in your life and in the lives of others. Only so many days to embrace, enjoy and fully LIVE your wildly ideal life.
The point of this is not to create worry or fear, but to create awareness so you can stop wasting time on things that do not positively impact each of the above statements. Consciously choose what you do every day from this point forward and make every moment count. I know I intend to.
Live now and each of the days ahead. I hope you have many more days than the average might suggest. But if not, wouldn’t it be great to have fully lived each moment you do have?
